December 13, 2022, at the home of Jim and Judy Rogers in Regina, Saskatchewan, with Tom Rogers and Jim Rogers. Bob was born in Ryerson, Saskatchewan, November 30, 1930. He tells about growing up in the Edgeley area, his marriage to June Silzer of Avonhurst, their career in the Canadian air force, retirement in Edmonton, and moving back to Edgeley to care the parents of both he and his wife and their farms. Early 1900s schools in the Edgeley area.

Edgeley Stone School, built 1900-1919 Ridgeway Stone School 1900-1964 Two stone schools were built along what is now highway 364 early in the history of the area around Edgeley, Saskatchewan.  They were followed by a school in Vernon and two wooden versions of Edgeley school which were in the hamlet of Edgeley.
